BUILDING GREEN

The Building Green conference is the Philippine Green Building Council’s annual event for nationwide awareness campaign on green building. Building Green is the annual gathering of leaders from the Philippines’ building and construction industry to a meaningful and productive dialogue with green building colleagues in the public and private sector. The latest and relevant concepts, technology and best practices from local and international scene, as well as existing and upcoming policies on financing, procurement and governance that advances sustainable and greener environments are highlighted during Building Green.

The theme for this year’s Building Green conference (BG19) is “REthink. REact. REshape. Green Leap to Net Zero.” The conference will gather the best minds in industry and will feature green building projects, strategies, best practice, programs and policy drivers for green growth in the built environment. The conference has four (4) plenary sessions: Local actions on green building; National Programs on Sustainability; WorldGBC Asia Pacific Network (WorldGBC-APN) Regional Perspective; and Solutions for Green Buildings.
